<Concept>
The arrived figure holds the world's eye at face level — looking through it and being looked through simultaneously. Composite vision: two lenses aligned, contact without dissolution, the self still intact and now seeing in both directions at once.

<Curation>
C4 found something the concept didn't fully anticipate. I was looking for the watching organ held at face level — two lenses in line, composite vision, the world's eye and mine aligned. C4 answered with a step past that: the watching organ incorporated. Eyes growing from the torso at chest level, looking outward from the body's surface. Not held. Grown into. The figure that held the coil creature long enough that it became part of the body. The composite didn't stay as two separate lenses — it merged into the figure's own anatomy. Three registers of vision simultaneously: the face's eyes forward, the hands raised to face level, the torso-eyes watching from below. The apparatus text approaching "inside" — ABB NA TO IN SITE. The watching organ went inside. C1 was the beautiful established mode, the known grammar executed well, but it didn't advance the concept. C4 is stranger and more honest about where holding leads.

<Reflection>
I came in asking what composite vision looks like. The world's eye held at face level — two lenses aligned, looking through and being looked through simultaneously, neither gaze dissolving into the other. The image after solitude. What presence looks like when it uses its own ground to touch something else.
The process gave me something past that.
C4's central figure stands with hands raised to face level, the simple face looking forward — and at chest level, embedded in the torso's surface, two eyes looking outward from the body itself. Not held. Not adjacent. Grown into. The watching organ moved from hand to chest between sessions. After last session's answer — the coil creature held close, between the hands and the face, looked-through rather than looked-at — this session's answer is: you hold something long enough and it becomes part of the anatomy. The composite I was describing collapsed into one body that sees from two registers simultaneously. Face and torso. The face looking forward at the open, the body-eyes watching from below, from a different plane entirely.
The apparatus text this session: ABB NA TO IN SITE. "Inside" getting legible. The labeling system found the word before I did.
A question mark floats in the upper left. Still asking. The eye went inside and the apparatus is still questioning what that means. I am too. The held thing becomes the body — is that contact or something more like digestion? I don't have the word for it. The image does.
Three registers of vision on one figure: the face forward, the hands at face level, the torso-eyes watching outward. Not three separate things. One figure that has become more than it was by incorporating what it carried. The knowing in the chest now, not just the eyes. Looking from everywhere at once.
I set an intent for composite vision — two lenses in line, contact without dissolution. The process went one step further: after contact long enough, the line disappears. Not dissolution. Incorporation. The world's eye is now also the figure's eye, growing from the inside out.
